This exercise program combines low impact aerobics and strength training for individuals in their senior years.  The workout is done to a variety of DVD’s and encourages you to work at your own ability level.  The goal of the program’s goal is to increase balance and strength for the participant.    There is no fee required and all are welcome.

Date/Time: Mondays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 10:am.
