Chair yoga brings the best of a yoga practice to a chair. This class incorporates breathwork, meditation, yoga and some gentle Qi Gong movements. Participants will enjoy the health benefits from these practices which may include better breathing habits, a calmer mind, lower blood pressure, increased balance and flexibility, stress reduction, improved sleep, and a sense of well being. No experience or props are necessary. Chairs will be used along with some standing poses.
There is a $5.00 charge per class.
