Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system of gentle exercise and stretching. Tai Chi is believed to improve muscle tone and balance, and reduce stress and sleeplessness. The Senior Center is happy to be able to provide Tai Chi instruction and exercise twice a week.

Date/Time: Mondays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. at the Senior Center.
